Not unless there is someone using those modes that you want to listen to. They are not common for public safety systems. Some examples from RR here in NW Oregon that are using DMR are some hospitals, the amazon warehouse, the zoo, and radio service providers like Silke and Day Wireless run DMR as well as NXDN and the older LTR network - those systems will be full of smaller businesses that don't have as much radio traffic and can't afford to build their own infrastructure.
