The Recon Medical tourniquet is available on Amazon and it's a lot cheaper than the CAT. It's well made and works just as well as the NAR CAT. I have both and have used both and both are excellent.

LA Police Gear and Live Action Safety seems to have the best deals if you get some of their 5% to 20% off coupons. Cats and Soft-Ts are the old school standard and endorsed by Stop the Bleed. A few others have TCCC approval but those have significant track records in combat and field use. Tourniquets aren't super complicated items to manufacture and you can improvise them but if youI ever need one using cheap ones may not be the best choice.
Ive gotten both CATs and SOF-Ts for sub $20 with coupons in the past from these vendors. Both offer other supplies as well |
