Hogs to their dogs? What’s your prep and storage method?

I’m thinking gut/skin. Quarter with a sawzall, boil it an hour or two, then chunk into serving sizes and freeze?

Any wild pig that gets old in the freezer, or whatever, get either stuck in the grill or oven. But boiling would do. My cuts are sub quarter size, like a ham, shank, shoulder...

Then I cut into chunks to augment his regular food.
