So far I have the EMRA antibiotic guide 19th edition and the Alton antibiotics and infectious diseases ref guide.  

The EMRA is from June 10, 2020 and the Alton is from 2018

Does anyone have any experience w/ either?

EMRA is easier, but Sanford Guide is fine too.

Bigger question is, do you know how to diagnose?
