I have never ordered anything from them because it seemed kind of expensive so I can't help you there, but just reading that ad/website gave me a headache. It seemed like a high pressure sales pitch IMHO, and that is a big turnoff  to me.

Reminds me of Patriots Pantry. I would avoid it. Any protein in those meals will be from soy. I buy Mountain House pouches and #10 cans when it goes on sale. I also bought some #10 cans of vegetable soup from Auguson Farm to use with my #10 can MH diced chicken.
