Good Job!!! pretty rifle too.

You know the 375 win is a good cartridge and has been around a good while. It just got ignored due to all "new" whiz bang magnums.

I have a Marlin CB 38-55(parent of 375 win) that will do that all day off of sticks ,and with a Vernier tang sight (cast lead boolit). That's really old school stuff.

I bet both 38-55 and 375 Winnie will be around after 350 legend is gone.

why?

i never get people that buy into these oddball chamerings, that you can never find ammo for or are 4 bucks a shot when you do find it..

standard chamberings have always done it for me.

.223, .243, .270, 7.62x39, .308, .30-06, .300WM....im an ammo snob and like things to be boring though

ETA: watched the video....never knew you needed a straight walled cartridge, makes more sense

I believe Ohio, as well as other states in the Midwest, has a straight walled cartridge limitation for hunting calibers.

Indiana changed theirs in the last couple years to allow some bottle necked calibers on private land.

Bingo.  450BM is where it's at for Ohio.

Pretty sure you can put anything down in Ohio with a 12ga rifled with sabots. My shots have been 10 to 100 yards but I’d feel confident taking further

Is that the same squirrel that had videos bad mouthing the then new 350 legend because he bought a 375 barrel off eBay. Just because you have a long shot don’t mean you have to take it.
