I ordered an eGift card to cash out a gift visa card so I could spend it at brownells placed the order on the 11/11 it is now 11/17 and I'm still waiting just talked to customer service and they said I'm supposed to get it today.
I'm sorry to rant a bit here but this is the longest I've ever had to wait for an eGift card and I've probably called in about the 6th time now and no one can just fix the problem and give me a gift card number. I've repeatedly been told you'll get it later today or tomorrow and it hasn't really happened yet. After this experience, I won't ever be using your gift cards again you guys really need to fix this. I bought a gift card on amazon and got it maybe 10 minutes later.
Other things I noticed:
1. Your hold music is mostly static noise
2. Your click to chat feature never works
3. Your email support hasn't responded yet
Customer support people were nice but couldn't seem to just get it fixed. I really like your store and the stuff you sell but you are making it way too hard to spend my money with you.
