Is it possible to use the electronic information that I have saved in the silencer shop portal; trust, photos, fingerprints, for a Efile form 1 submission?

I'm about to go through this for my first Form 1. I was told that although they no longer have their Form 1 service, you can still use the kiosk for prints.

How do you get them? Just order through the site and they mail physical copies, or is there a way to get the actual electronic file?

That's what I want to know as well.

Here's what I've learned so far from another thread in this forum and chatting with silence shop.
you can order your fingerprint cards from SS's online store but you can only order yours. So if you have a trust and have used a kiosk in the past, you will need to order the fingerprint cards logged in with each persons credentials to the online store and order them individually. ($15 for 2 cards) for the eform, you then Mail in the fingerprint cards for everyone on the trust. Hope that makes sense. |

Sounds like I may need to just go ahead and invest in a fingerprint scanner |

Currently the eForms only accepts digital fingerprints on eForm 4's with an FFL/SOT as the transferor. I'd have the ability to print my own cards vs paying SS to mail me a set of printed cards. Would be much easier than paying them to mail me printed ones or having to retake prints with ink. Eta: had two sets of printed cards get lost by FedEx last time I ordered a set from SS. After a couple times I coulda bought the machine and printed them myself whenever the need arises. |

Totally understand the confusion around this. Silencer Shop offered completed fingerprint cards as a way to help those who wanted to go through the Form 1 process. Due to this item being somewhat niche, we had not accurately updated the pricing in years and were taking a loss on each one of these items due to increased shipping, printing, labor, and material costs. However, with the new ATF brace ruling, we saw a record increase in fingerprint card orders over the weekend and had to make the decision to have the pricing reflect average market value. We are doing everything we can to fulfill these orders in a timely manner in order to ensure our customers have enough time to submit within the 10-day timeframe established by the ATF once your Form 1 has been submitted.
We appreciate your understanding, and we are working to make filing Form 1’s as easy as possible for all of those who wish to go in that direction in accordance with 2021R-08F. - Chase |

I tried to use the silencershop eform 1 beta but the caliber for my Spikes receiver wasn't listed and I informed that it couldn't be added at this time so my best bet was to just go straight to the atf eforms.
So now I need a copy of my fingerprints to mail, getting some eft prints is probably the way to go. |

Silencer shop does NOT use digital fingerprints. If you use their kiosk, they scan your prints on the kiosk, then print your fingerprints and MAIL them in to the ATF.
I confirmed this with their support team. They dont have the capability to produce .EFT files, which is required if you want to use digital fingerprints. Silencershop is a thing of the past. Check out atfdigitalfingerprints.com if you need your .EFT file. You can mail in your FD258 and have it converted to .EFT. |
