Tranquilo Order Tracking thread? (Page 6 of 11)
So, I never bugged Juli for the control number or pending date. I figure she's busy enough and knowing doesn't make the wait shorter, but per NFA tracker, something like 50% of the people who did a Form 4 trust via mail for a suppressor have received their stamps and my odds of getting the stamp by the end of April are 62%
Did anyone who did Valet and was in the first group to do paperwork happen to get their pending date? |

was just paying bills..
noticed my card was charged $795.00 on 3/3/16. 3 weeks ago and nothing about being shipped to my dealer.... I guess I will be calling Texas in the AM. |

Here she is. At this time I have no available rifles built that I can install the LaRue TranQuilo muzzle device on.
I am building up a 5.56 18" LaRue barrel and it's no where ready to allow me to attach the TranQuilo device.

My 2 centerfire rifle cans are this TranQuilo, and a purpose built Elite Iron Delta, 22 centerfire. The Elite Iron is a heavy can compared to what is on the market today. I knew that when I bought it. It was special ordered and built for my 26" Bull barrel Rem 700 in .221 FireBall bolt gun. They even timed it as not to have any concernable POI shift. I weighed the two can on the only accurate scale I have. It's a doctors office balance beam scale. It is accurate. The 2 cans weigh in as the same. So, yes the TranQuilo is to be considered a heavy can. But, It's also built like a tank, as is the Elite Iron Delta. Both are to me, purpose built. I tried to take some pictures looking down into the TranQuilo. I have to come up with a better lighting solution to get any clear pictures. Baffle stack is well into the can. There is a large chamber before the baffles start.

What I can do is when I get the LaRue 18" barrel gun built next month, is screw on the Elite Iron can and shoot it before I install the TranQuilo muzzle device and compare the sound difference based on my ear. Sad part is I have a 30% hearing loss in both ears due to my time in the Army. I'm a Red Legger. M107 SP gun I was in the Fire Direction Control section. (FDC) The concussion of that bad boy is unbelievable.
Plus my post military life style choices didn't help. ........

Anyhow, not counting the half off coupon for a 2nd TranQuilo, does it look like we screwed you out of $699 ? ETA - posting at 4:00 am greatly reduces those pesky quick comebacks.

Still waiting on form 3 to come back I guess as it has not shipped to my FFL. The ATF can be so funny. Last year I bought two cans about a month apart. The stamp for the second can came back a month before the stamp for the first can. |

I wish I could just have LaRue call in for the temporary so I can go pick up my can. Finals are coming up in the next couple of weeks so time is limited for me to pick the can up.
Just going off others who have been getting delayed forms sent in after approval mine SHOULD be in by now but I don't want to keep calling LaRue due to the ATF taking their sweet ass time. |
