I am a long time Geissele customer and I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. Three emails sent to them...no response.
I’m truly astounded...I have had nothing but great dealings with them over the years.
Pretty damn disappointing.

If you haven’t noticed, they’re getting destroyed by emails and calls right now. I’m sure they’re not just ignoring you.

Your email's are probably buried under 1,000 "my receiver anodizing does not match my rail anodizing" emails.

As of 2 weeks ago, they claimed to only have 13% of the orders left. With the exception of a couple legitimate and illegitimate QC concerns, I doubt they're still swimming in emails.

There is no way that 13% email (which I never even got) can be accurate. I'm still waiting on 2 ACH charging handles purchased 11/28/19. No updates, no emails returned, just zero contact other than the machine gun email (which tells me they have my email address). Order shows processing.

We actually still have a ton of requests coming in and we get multiple requests from some people every day as well. We are working through them all and we will answer everyone which is one of the reasons we are so delayed in our replies currently. We are also putting some people specifically on hunting out any issues with orders so please bear with and we will take care of you. Please also call us.
