I'm thinking the guys who frequent this subforum may be able to answer this question for me. What's up with Geissele and their pathetically slow shipping? Sale or no sale, it seems like each time I place an order through their site for an item that's currently available, it takes forever to receive. The orders state "pending" for long periods of time before finally being processed and sent out the door.
I place several online orders each week through various manufacturers/dealers/vendors. Some I order from frequently and some are one and done, but Geissele is the only one who I can count on taking forever because they're routinely as slow as molasses. If I need something from them, I always try to get it from another source instead of ordering directly. They're only a couple hours from me, so it would be much more convenient to order direct.
For a company offering premium components at premium prices, especially one their size, I'd like to think they'd be more interested in implementing a shipping operation that's streamlined, one where speed and efficiency is a priority. Being able to process orders in 2-3 days instead of 2-3 weeks or more would not only benefit them, but it would certainly be welcomed by their customers.
