I shot my 12” 5.56 and .300 LaRue upper with the TranQuilo wearing a white polo just to see if anything blew back on it. Several mags each. Shirt was clean after shooting.
I did however have the cover not sinched down tight enough and the gas sucked it right off the can |

The more I handle the SURRG, the more I like it. The tAR's have always been my favorite LT rifles, but this thing is going to be nice!

Let me clarify @Defender3 ......You have an OBR registered and configured as an SBR and toy have a Tranquilo, when you mount the Tranquilo on your SBR and measure it, what's the difference, + or - , in over all length between it and the SUURG? (What's your barrel length on the SBR?) Thanks |

Couple days ago I had tracking info and delivery date of today.
Yesterday it changed to no estimated delivery time. Severe weather has delayed the shipment. Is Texas getting their 100 year blizzard? I have delivery info for boxes coming from IA and FL, but not TX. |

I think you guys mean Form 3.
Form 1 is an Application to Make and Register a Firearm. |

Got mine today. Front end is heavier than I had thought it'd be. That's a serious muzzle device! Also got my Tranquilo that I ordered back in June along with some SLR goodies and an Aero upper I plan to use with the extra Larue 14.5 barrel. Larue forgot to add the extra gas tube . It'll be here Friday though. Now the SURG upper sits and I'll use the 14.5" upper in the meantime.Come on lower!! P.S Eff the ATF wait! https://i.imgur.com/heL2mNl.jpg View Quote |

Interesting. I’m curious as to how nose heavy it feels compared to say a sbr’d OBR. I mean with cans on both. Hopefully the suurg has most of the weight on it already with that substantial muzzle device, and the hollow can ads very little weight. View Quote |

Bump for any updates on shipping? Anybody else receive theirs? Anybody order something other than 5.56 and get theirs?
What's the method to the madness ML? Shipping a caliber at a time? |

The only thing I have to contribute is that on Black orders the burn guard will be black and the can will be Tranquilo color. This came up over the course of a phone call with the nice folks at LaRue. Personally, I’m pleased with this.
