Thank you all for your patience! Following a 23-hour outage, it appears NetSuite was able to restore access to their Boston Data Center and get things running again. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. We do our best to offer the fastest, most consistent service in the industry, but when our service providers go down, the best we can do is stay communicative. If you placed an order before the outage, there may be some delays as we catch up on the shipping queue. Current non-FFL orders placed prior to 9:00 AM CST on February 14th were boxed and shipped, and tracking info will be sent as our services are restored. FFL orders are still processing through compliance and may be delayed by an extra day before shipping out.
