Could someone tell me WTH is going on with an order I placed back in June? I'll try to keep this brief. I ordered a Magpul STR in OD on June 8th, and it was back ordered. Okay, fine I can wait. About September or so I get an email from Brownell's stating that I needed to call if I wanted to keep the item on back order, so I called to confirm I did. About two weeks later I get another email stating the item was in stock and that if I still wanted it I had to call.
Okay, that pissed me off but I called yet again to say I wanted the item. After a few days I check the order status, it shows that the order was on hold, and of course the item wasn't in stock anymore. Why was it put on hold??? So I just said to hell with it and let it go until the week of Christmas. I'm lying here at home miserable with COVID when I check Brownell's to see if the Magpul STR in OD is in stock and it is. I check my order status and it still says "on hold". So I call for a third time about this order and tell the girl the item I had originally ordered back in June was in stock and asked why was my order on hold. She doesn't know why but confirms my CC number is still good and will get that order taken care of. Well she didn't.
I feel like I have been more than patient with Brownell's with this, but not anymore. This is ridiculous.
