so I placed my first order with LT today (Friday) at around 1545 thinking that it would be AT LEAST Monday or Tuesday before it shipped. Imagine my surprise when I got an email at 1745 with my UPS tracking number.  That's lightening fast! I'm in Houston and will have it on Tuesday. Great job LT, and thanks!!!! |

I placed my first order with you guys. I literally saved my pennies for almost a year and a half to have enough money to have my first larue purchase. I saw the lowers you guys made and just had to have one. Once I saw that you were offering them as a separate item from the stealth uppers I made every effort to make sure I got one and finally did. I just want to say that I am very thankful for the goodies that came in the box and even though it will take me quite some time to save up for the next purchase, I can't wait to finally piece together my ar-15 with more larue products. I amy be a man of small means, but at least I got me a sweet lower and a nice hat

Recieved my long anticapated order, had to save some cash, order #132709, this to compliment my OBR, 7.62 a LaRue FUG, and a stock cheek pad, from ordering with the sweetest gal, to delivery it was a pleasure, and to zipping open the box to find my fug, and cheek pad, along with a super sweet , BLACK LaRue hat, WOW, my first that i will wear, my OBR owners edition is for range use only, and a fresh bottle of dust, and a christmas dillo , of coarse stickers, what a very generous package,
I thank you ML, and all of the crew, happy holydays, merry christmas, thank you much.

I ordered my aimpoint and 150 mount from larue. Wow I ill buy everything I can from Larue from now on. Not only did I get the mount and aimpoint, but I received a tan hat, two bumper stickers and a beverage entry tool. THANKS Larue!!

Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice. Ammo is cheap; life is expensive! Also , If your shooting stance is good, you're probably not moving fast enough or using cover correctly.

I ordered a Aimpoint ML3 with your LaRue lever mount at 1:45pm last Thursday. The UPS man delivered the package this Monday at 2:30 pm! Outstanding! The quick turn shipping is only a small part of my satisfaction. As requested on your order form, I gave a heads up call to the shop to let them know I had the 2 day shipping. A real live human answered the phone (no push one for sales, two for english, hold for so and so etc.), checked the status of my order and confirmed it was in stock. (I am sorry I did not get the gentelman's name but he was courteous and quick) Again Outstanding! I own one of the first Aimpoint scopes from 1980 (it still is mounted on a CAR15 and still works) so I was confident in my purchase. The LaRue mount was an unknown to me, but hands down the favorite of the AR15.com guys. I see why now. Very solid, positive lock system and all this made not only in America but in Texas as well. The instructions were clear, also in English, and the tools that were included were of top quality. I have a set of the ARMS QD mounts for another rifle but the finish and locking system of the LaRue Mount is clearly superior. The chance of a sling or gear inadvertantly unlocking the mounting lever of the Larue seems remote at best. Not so with the ARMS which requires tension on the lever to remain closed. The double lugs for the rail appear to complete the mount's secure lockdown. The unexpected additon of the Beverage Entry Tool, LaRue hat with glasses holders (nice touch), and Dillo Rub, US Constitution copy, and bumper stickers was the icing on the cake. You guys have a new fan and customer! I'm proud to buy American from Texans! Thanks again and Merry Christmas to the whole LaRue Team! |
| All I can say is "WOW!" I placed an order on 12/22/10 in the afternoon (2pm-ish). It was for a Christmas present from my wife to me. She wanted to make sure we covered gifts for everyone before getting our gifts so, it was a last minute order. I figured it would show up sometime next week. It just arrived today 12/23/10 at 2:30pm (about 24 hours from placing the order to the doorstep). I know I live in San Antonio, TX. but, wow, that is some fast service and shipping. My wife was so impressed she took the box so she could wrap it, so no pics. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and Merry Christmas. |

I had to send a very small item back using the enclosed return form. The crew got the package on the 21st, the replacement made and shipped the same day. Will be here on the 24th.

I ordered 8 pmags & 6 holiday dillos Friday. I was worried it would be awhile before they got here since i'm sure they are busy over the holidays & I ordered late. LaRue came through big time & got my order here today. Got 2 bumper stickers, dillo dust and an extra holiday dillo!. The six I ordered were spoken for, now I got an extra to trade in the swag exchange.

Nothin' new under the sun....
Called the LT shop....was treated with courteousy and offered extra help....gave name, account was found.....my new LT mount is on the way. The reason I thought I would post....my wife was in the room while I ordered over my Droids speakerphone...she could not get over the service I received! (which sure can't hurt when I suggest a new purchase!) Thanks Texans!!!!

I called on the 6th of Jan. and order up an OBR 7.62 18" and was treated like a paying customer should be treated - with respect and excellent help. And I received it on 12th of Jan. I took it out to the range this weekend and I am very impressed with the quality and accuracy. I will defiantly recommend and also be a repeat customer! Thank you Mark Larue you have got yourself excellent products and great service.  |

| I received my "Hot Towel" treatment today. Almost made a grown man cry. I was at work, in a warehouse, 23 degrees outside with the wind howling, Diesel heater struggling to keep up when the boss walks in with a package with Larue tape on it. I had a smile from ear to ear. Love the Christmas Dillo too. I always show my buddies my Larue OBR lite and the Larue mount I have on my R-15. Thanks Mark and all the great people at Larue. Just awesome |

quick feedback...
first, love the company, the products, and everything you guys stand for. thanks for the swag when i make my purchases, i just got a covert case and it came with the "usual" pamphlets/stickers/dillo but it also came with my first can of dillo dust which i cant wait to try!! anyway... maybe im the odd one out or my email is messing up somehow..i've placed a few orders with you guys and every time i do i get the usual email/invoice/receipt/confirmation but i have never receive an email with a tracking # for UPS. i always have to send an email to you guys requesting this...... is this normal? once the IRS finally gives me my refund i plan on buying a stealth upper, just want to keep track of my purchase as its shipped.... |

oops - I guess he didnt give you the book. Chris Farris. I was trying to make peace between you two because I like your mounts better than all the rest of the stuff out there. I sent him a copy of Brad's book and asked him to give it to you because I thought you would enjoy it. CSM Kasal was stationed here at Camp Dodge in recruiting and I had him sign the book. He's transfered to California now. Sorry it didnt get to you.

Same problem here, first time buying larue products, I had 3 shipments, 2 orders plus one item that got shipped separately from its order. No automated e-mails with tracking numbers. Kinda cause some issues given that UPS apparently doesn't mind leaving over $1000 without a signature even when larue requested one. The guys at the shop were easy to deal with and helpful when working through some shipping issues. Products look great, looking forward to testing them out soon. |

Last night at about 4:50 pm I ordered a Aimpoint Comp ML2. The gentleman who took my order was very helpful, efficeint, and friendly. I asked if it could be shipped overnight seeing as how I need it for this weekend and a week long class next week. He said he would get it done. Well sir he did get it done. I am extremely grateful for his hard work and for your great atmosphere in which you bring with your customer service. I also must say that the pricing you have is great. I received the aimpoint with a better mount and overnight shipping for cheaper than I could buy a plain one locally if they had them in stock. Once again, thank you all for your hard work. I recently purchased a new OBR 556-16 and was disappointed to discover that the rails that came with my rilfe did not match the pictures in their brochure or on the web. Although they are lower profile, I really wanted the 7 rail version instead of the 5. I contacted LaRue and they handle it professionally and expeditiously! As their founder says, they really do care about their customers and their complete satisfaction. Words can't describe my appreciation. LaRue Tactical - Great Company.

| I have ordered two mounts from LaRue, and with the first one I was surprised I got the Dillo, and Dillo dust (first time ordering anything from LaRue, and didn't know much about the company) obviously got the same with the second mount. Today I received a 20RD Pmag and I wondered if I would get a Dillo and sure enough I did with my cheap order! I was hoping I would! |

Was building my first AR and decided to go with a LaRue Stealth for the upper. When I ordered (this past Friday), the gentleman that I spoke to said that it would be two or three weeks before my items were shipped out.
I think he lied. Because I received a lovely package this afternoon with all my amazing gear in it. 5 days instead of 2 or 3 weeks? I'll be coming back.

TBH when I made my very first LaRue order, I felt kinda lame, just getting a Wilderness belt and water bottle. As a college student with a part time job, I don't have the cash flow (yet!) to fork out for a OBR/optics+mounts/etc, but I wanted that water bottle and belt. So it was of great joy to open that box to find dillo dust, a dillo, stickers, and a constitution on top of all the OBR information (must have been reading my mind), on top of the two things I ordered.
There is really nothing more to say, except that I plan on buying a lot more from LaRue in the future. |

I remember when I bought by first Larue product.... I had just started shooting 3-gun and a friend use to bring two identical rifles to a match, one with a scope and one with a dot so he could decide what he was going to shoot when he got there. I could not afford to do that at the time and I looked into getting a return to zero mount...which led me to Larue. I bought two mounts one for my eotech and one for my scope... I zeroed both and when I would go to a match I could decide there which one to mount on my rifle to shoot the match with. Quality product ... since then when asked by my wife or parents what I want for Birthday/christmas... I say go to Larue.com and pick something out.... Cause really can you have too much of any Larue product??
My Son was born a year ago tomorrow and I can tell you there is a nice rifle that he is going to get one day that I got just for him (of course it has to be fully tested by me for the next many years)... just in anticipation ... got to start them off right. You keep developing and building ... I'll keep buying And thanks for all that you do for the culture and the sport. I got a chance to shoot the 3-gun this year and if I only get to go to one match a year it will be Larue's. (Edit to add) And I might say the little fella already has stolen one of my Hats

Got a call today from John making sure that they had sent me the correct screw with my OBR sling mount which it had. Told me he would send out the correct one if it had not been; I know it's not much but it meant something to me. Thanks for the great customer service! Now back to the waiting game for my predatar...oh pics cuz it did happen

The Survival Forum just got back from a campout in California at a friends ranch just outside of the Seqouia National Forest. Here is the link with an AAR and pics One of the members was "thebrassnuckles". He apparently was the receipient of one of your excellent giveaway's in 2009. Your rifle was awesome by the way. thebrassnuckles brought the rifle and we did some drills with him on it. I am a rangemaster for my police department. Amongst other things we did, one of the drills I teach is a 2x2x2 drill wherein you place 3 targets side by side at a distance of 10-15 feet and engage the targets with double taps as fast as you can from a low ready position. That's 3 targets, 2 shots each, for a total of 6 shots. I set the bar at 1.33 seconds for anyone to beat. thebrassnuckles did it with your rifle at 1.32 seconds. (I now owe him a bronze membership renewal.  ) The kid can shoot and he is former USAF - EOD.

Recieved my first order fom larue on Friday of last week––quickly brought in the obr porn to hang on my office walls, the dillo dust went on my grilled checken last night, and my dillo quickly kicked everything else off my key ring!

I dealt with JP via email and he answered my questions quickly and professionally. I called in to place my order and talked to Luke (I think that was his name). Luke was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I have placed orders as cheap as $40 and as much as $3k. No matter the amount everyone I have talked to with Larue treated me like my business was important and that they genuinely cared. Your support if Law Enforcement is also very much appreciated. I ordered a LT129 mount on Monday at 0810 and it arrived in my mailbox at 0900 on Wednesday. Can you say fast service. That plus some free Dillo products. The mount fits my SR15 perfectly. Hopefully I'll get out this weekend and see how it holds up on my range.

Thoroughly impressed with Larue. I ordered Monday, called them to have them switch it over to USPS (very friendly and easy), and received it on Friday.

Got my first mount from Larue in today, and spent the next half hour explaining and showing off all that came in the box to my sister-in-law, I am well aware that she does not care, just had to show someone. I am like a little kid with a new toy. Consider me to have drank the kool aid, because it is some of the best kool aid I have ever had. Love it. Thanks to all the folks at Larue, there will be more orders.
