I placed an online order yesterday (after the website crashed once during checkout), then I immediately realized I wanted to make a change. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the option to change or cancel the order on the website - I had to email last night then follow up with a phone call to customer service this morning. Even customer service could not change the order. As I type this, some poor gal is having to run over to the warehouse to physically pull the order paperwork before it gets fulfilled. I still don't know if the order can be cancelled.
This is an unforgivable omission considering the website was so recently "updated". I suggest your IT folks look at the norm for features on other e-commerce websites and copy-paste accordingly. I love doing business with you guys, but you make it really hard.
