Contacted Larue and got more clarification from Dan (all torque values are indicated, with all grease/Loctite lubricity already accounted for):
-Handguard, as already stated, really does not need torqued, but if you do: 30 in/lbs w/ the thread locker that already comes on screws.
-Muzzle device: 35-45 ft/lbs, green HIGH TEMP Loctite 294. Torque adapter is used AT 45*, NOT ALIGNED OR AT 90*.
-Barrel nut: Aeroshell or equivalent moly grease, torqued to the standards already mentioned in this thread (50 ft/lbs is a good center point as written on Larue's tool). Torque adapter is used AT 45*, NOT ALIGNED OR AT 90*.
-Gas block: 30 in/lbs, green HIGH TEMP Loctite 294. Install is this order: 1, 3, 2 or 3, 1, 2 (basically, don't install in a linear order or your torque will be off, similar to a car wheel).
