Hi Guys,
I have a barrel that was sent back to Faxon back in May. (It was getting 6 to 7 MOA groups.) In July I talked in Martin in service about it and he told me that they would have final details on sending me a replacement and getting my attached parts back "this afternoon or tomorrow morning."
Since then there has been absolute silence from Faxon. I've tried calling, sending emails, and using the contact form on their website. Nothing. So now I'm left with a public appeal.
I'm about to move. Since that barrel was shipped off, the decision was made to move, a new house located and purchased, with renovations nearly completed. When I move, access to my gunsmith will be lost. Heck, I don't even know if I can give Faxon my new address! They have over $500 worth of my parts that I need back!
How do I get Faxon to talk to me and send me my parts?!?
