A machine gun rental in Las Vegas posted they had tried 20 Colt M4 Carbine LE6920 OEM1 (same as the OEM2 except it have a front sight base) in 2015 it was legally converted to full auto for rental purpose, they didn't even cut the barrel to 14.5 inch like the original M4 model to save cost.
They installed Magpul SL (Slim Line) handguards, vertical forward grips, grips and stock, 10 carbines had the flat dark earth color and the other 10 carbines OD green color furniture was installed.
According to the machine gun rental's maintenance records these Colt carbines parts lasted 2 to 3 times longer lifespan than other high quality manufacturers that they also used.
All noted carbines had more than 150,000 rounds in one year average.
