I talked with John this past week to discuss a few options on an upper. What I forgot to mention was thanks for the great service. I ordered a complete mil-spec CTR kit and a Miad full kit just before Christmas. These were the last parts needed for my wife to finish her lower and they came in on time.

i'm just a lurker here, had no intentions of posting until i got my order from PK firearms. I live in Hawaii and the stuff I ordered from them got here in 4 days flat, which is a miracle in Hawaii. I also placed a second order the next day (because i forgot something) and it's waiting for me at the post office already.
I know for mainland people it might be hard to understand why it's a big deal getting an order this fast, but for me it's really impressive, if this was amazon I'd be giving these guys 5 stars...really great service. |

Ordered an RRA lightweight chrome-lined mid-length upper on Saturday night, got it on Tuesday. The only drawback was that the upper half of the handguard had no heat shield in it. I'm not too upset since it was easy enough to swap out with the handguards on my old upper. Other than that minor problem, it's all good!

First time ever ordering from these guys. Ordered from PK late Tues. night 3/2/10, shipped 8:35 AM Wed. 3/3/10 and just got here a little before 10:00 AM Thur. 3/4/10. Talk about FAST!!! +1 to PK Firearms. I'll be ordering a bunch of stuff from you for my first AR build soon. Now off to watch my Magpul DVD's!!! Eric ETA: After watching the DVD's disc 2 of one of the sets I ordered was chipped and would not play. Called PK up as soon as I noticed this, they told me to send a copy of the original receipt, a letter stating what I wanted to do about it, and that they would ship me a new one. The morning it got there they shipped me another one and it was here the next day. AMAZING customer service and super fast turn around. I recommend buying from PK's 100%!!! |

Placed my first order with PK because they are one of the only vendors that have the Magpul stuff I need in stock. Placed the order at about 9:30pm last night and got a shipping noticed this morning. That is the quickest turnaround of any vendor I've ordered from for gun parts!!

This was my first order with PK, but it's not going to be my last. They were even kind enough to remove the flash hider from the Tac-Sol upper I bought from them, upon my request. I don't have a vice, so it really helped. +1 for them. EDIT: Positive feedback left in the official feedback thread. |

Placed an order on Saturday...then a second order on Sunday. Under the "special order instructions" I wrote that I would appreciate if they could combine both orders. Clearly they actually take the time to read the email orders because both orders were combined into one and I was only charged once for shipping. Fast shipping, good prices and an honest company!

Ordered my Daniel Defense BCG on Monday and received it today. I noticed that when opening the package that I was shipped a semi auto BCG and not a full auto BCG. And there was no box or markings stating it was Daniel Defense

After MUCH searching, I found exactly what I was looking for (RRA lightweight middy upper) at PK's....IN STOCK!!! .....and at a price I could afford. From order to receipt was about 48 HOURS. WOW!

PK had a Rock River 2-stage NM trigger group when everyone else seemed to be out (including RRA themselves, who are backordered indefinitely!). It is a chromed one and an extra $30, but it was worth it just to get one - and it will probably last longer, anyway..

Ordered a Rock River upper....was happy with the price and speed of shipping. I paid for 2-Day and took the day off to receive and sign for it since having it delivered to my work would be frowned on. I received an email from UPS on the day of delivery that the address was wrong. Address was correct on my invoice, but was mis-typed on the label. I had to have it held at will call at the UPS facility 45 minutes from my house. UPS said I could pick it up after 7:30 PM.....when I got to UPS they said the driver was running late.....I finally was able to get it around 9:30 PM. Wasted a day off and almost 4 hours of my time getting it. I emailed PK my concerns and heard nothing back.
Was happy with the condition and packaging, but in order to get the item in the 2-days that I paid extra for, I had to waste four hours of my own time to make it happen..I waited six days to hear a response to my email before I ended up buying a second upper from another supplier. I understand people make mistakes, but a simple sorry for the mistake would of made things right. Hearing nothing was not acceptable. Order was placed on 3/15/12 item #809 |

Throw in 50 phone calls a day and some walk in business and the fires get out of control. All orders in the mailbox at 8:00 AM are still being shipped that day, and that we are proud of. We do regret the time you lost getting your upper and wish we could have intercepted it in time to of fixed the problem. Some things just dont work out no matter how hard we try. Received an e-mail from you on the 22nd. and all seemed OK, not sure what happened there? All is good.... I was able to get it from UPS last night around 9:30 PM.....UPS said it would be there at 7:30....driver didn't get back to the hub till 9:30. Well I received my order today from PKF. My BCM gunfighter was as expected. The A2 receiver I got looked amazing. The fit and finish on the receiver was better then expected... then I started playing with the A2 sight and it went down hill. The elevation nob worked well, but the windage nob was so stiff I was half tempted to get a pair of vice grips just to adjust the nob. The aperture was a thumb numbing ordeal to switch between the to. I almost thought I'd have to get a hammer to change between apertures. The windage nob refused to move when on the larger aperture and was still difficult to move on the small one. I don't know why it was such a pain oiling it barely helped. The roll pin on the windage nob was also not centered and tore up some skin trying to adjust it. I called PKF told them what was going on and they told me to send it back and they would exchange it. I headed out to UPS and it should arrive in their P.O. box Monday. (UPS does PO boxes on some Rural Routs now) It cost me $13 and change but I'm excited to get a replacement. I watched the brownells A2 sight install and the ease of adjustment was magnitudes off. Hopefully the sight on the replacement will be squared away. Like I said the receiver was better than expected but the sight was impossible. Looking forward to put PKF's CS to the test .
Quick add on, as of 4/4 have not heard anything back from PK but it only arrived 4/2 4/5 Just got an email from PKF they're sending me a package USPS 4/7 Recieved my new upper, same quality on the reciever, and no issues at all with the sight. Plus PKF put in a 30rd mag so I can't complain. PKF CS put to the test and passed with flying colors |
