So this gun has showed up on Palmetto's site in a couple different configurations. Is release imminent? or maybe it's out and just sold out?
And, I'm not familiar with the different AK trunion configerations types. If i get one of the Palmetto AK-102's, can I put a magpul zhukov stock on it after I form 1 it? |

I just found these on the website and now I really want one to go with my SLR106 factory SBR. I see from above that there was a 60-90 day potential release in mid-Feb. Any updates on the release date @PalmettoStateArmory?

When will you guys have your 5.56 AK mags out? Will they be waffles or 101 type slab sides? Also will these have metal reinforcements in the feedlips and lugs like your 7.62x39 mags?
Thanks, Nate |

Thanks, Josiah How close are you guys getting on the AK-102 release? Thanks for your time. @Jman_JJE posted this in the PSAK 5.56 thread on the AK GD board: Quoted: Quoted: Ok, so now that the STANAG version of the 5.56 PSA AK went live today, when can we hopefully expect the 102? 30 to 45 days max, they were developed along with the AR mag version. Just a few more items to dial in then the 101/102 will be released. So maybe in time for 4th of July? Also stated they'll be shipping with AC Unity mags and will not have a bulged trunnion like the PSAK556 has. |

It was alluded they'd be releasing this month so long as the testing went by without problems. Thanks for the update, Josiah! |

@PalmettoStateArmory Will the Braceless versions be cheaper than the plastic furniture and triangle folder version or the same price?

Quoted: They're live boys. Go get 'em. I got one of these beauts:https://palmettostatearmory.com/media/catalog/product/cache/0423dea8e9791990cba1722182d60508/5/1/516551303819__1.jpg View Quote It is a good looking gun. I recently bought the GF3 12.7" barrel version, that looks similar. I put a Holosun 510C on it. If yours is like mine, you will pleased with the accuracy. I have only shot it at a 25 yard indoor range, but after getting it dialed in, I was just about able to put 3 rounds inside of a quarter. I used several different magazines - Magpul, Steel, Surplus, etc and experienced zero problems with feeding. So far I have fired about 300 rounds through it, but only used brass cased ammo (range rules). |

Quoted: Keep an eye on where the screw and the slot is. I bought the same JL dust cover and 1st installed with just torquing the screw. It came loose and I could see the hinge moved slightly. I then put blue loctite on it and it also came loose. Too much heat up there. So I went to with rockset this time. Haven't been to the range yet. Might be a dumb question, but if I get one of these and NFA it, will an old-school wooden stock fit?
