I keep clicking on it and for some reason it won't take me to the site so I can a add a pad or two to my cart . 
Better check to see how it actually looks from 100. The subdued crow head might be too light. Would you consider a black crow head, white eye and gray beak ? Just a thought. |

I finally got out to my local shootin' hole to give it a try.
Managed to improve just a little on the group size, although I was having to deal with mirage and crosswind. Dunno how fast it was, but it felt like a nice breeze in the 90+ degree Oklahoma heat. I have no firm idea how you measure group size with calipers. I have a set, and I tried to duplicate the calculus that came up with the test group size, but I is just dumb Infatree grunt, so I went simple and used OnTarget. If there is a more accurate measurement program, I'll be happy to try it out. Posting (and emailing) both, so there can be some double-checking, if I was off. If I was, I'll be happy to go out and do it again, then use whatever program is better, let me know. The copy of the test target, with my group on the right side, no overlays:

I finally got to the range to shoot the 18" TAR. It took 3 rounds of xm193 to get on target then I switched to my 77smk load work up. The last step of my load work up was gtg.
Gun: 18" TAR Scope: Burris Signature Select 3-12 set on 12 Group: .442" Proof group: .602"
Brass: WW Commercial 1x fired Primer: CCI 400 Bullet: 77smk Powder: 23.7 Varget Velocity: 2,694 fps Temp: 85 deg Elevation: 1,960

After several nights of bad dreams and horrible groups - waking up in a cold sweat for fear of missing out on this Dillo, I finally had time to shoot the challenge. Shot these the same trip as the crow's 8-14-14
14.5 tOBR with a .262 LT Factory Target 100 Yards 55 grain Z-Max Bullet 24.0 grains of Benchmark Powder NF 3.5-15 Optic. First try = FAIL

| OK, I just found where I stashed my proof targets from 2010 for my OBRs. They are copies, are they OK to use? Also, both the 762x51 & 556 are 5 shot proofs, I assume I need to do 5rd groups as well? I think I can beat the 762 but the 556 is pretty tight... |

Made it to the range over the weekend. Fired six rounds at paper with the 7.62 tOBR and these are three of them.
Spent most of the day with the wife teaching her to shoot more better... please disregard the random 5.56 hole in the bottom of the target...like I said, trying get her to shoot more better.... |
