Are those any good? I have a Vortex Razor LH in 2-10, but it seems like low magnification. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I have a complete rifle, and an UU. Both are getting Sig Tango 6s. The rifle got a 2-12, and the UU a 3-18. I have a Vortex Razor LH in 2-10, but it seems like low magnification. Shop around, and they can be found well below MSRP. |

Please offer a 11.5" 6.5 Grendel UU kit Would definitely be in for one ! "Note how well that 11.5" 6.5G crushes the 3/8" plates." |

What's the torque value for the barrel nut on these Grendel uppers? If there were instructions in the box I guess I missed it.
SUPER stoked to get this thing running. |
|
|
What's the wait time on these looking like now? Also on the lowers.
|
|
11.5" Grendel option would be great. Still waiting on that M-LOK rail..
A 16" Grendel option would also be nice. |

Ordered a 300 blackout and 6.5CM upper and lower kit in FDE about a week on 9/29/17 and was charged to my CC yesterday.
Sounds like it will ship soon. Unfortunately my Aimpoint that I ordered has not charged my CC yet. This happened last time when I ordered. Seems like they don't keep a lot of Aimpoint in stock... |

I just shot mine with one of those too. Jury’s still out on if it needs more power.... I do really like keeping the size and weight down.

Finally completed the first 5.56 Ultimate Upper Kit that I ordered. I built this one for my daughter-in-law. I did wait for the LaRue lower deal to finish this gun. Put a flash hider on it instead of the Tranquilo brake/adaptor. Probably going to put an Aimpoint Carbine Optic on this one. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4480/37646122911_52c58d632f.jpg View Quote |

Should the upper come in one package? It looks like I'm getting two packages. One says it's the upper and the other says accessories. The SKU says parts.
|
|
Everything arrives in one box, just like they show on their website.

Unless you added a Tranquilo to the order as well. My TQ swag (owner's edition hat) shipped with my two extra mags. View Quote No TraQuilo swag or serial # to start the application for a tax stamp. Ordered 9-19. How long from the time you placed your order for the TranQuilo until you heard back from Larue? |

Which large UU kit fits an Armalite lower? View Quote I can't answer the question if the DPMS cut upper will fit the Armalite Lower. Gut feeling is yes. Armalite uses modified M-14 magazines. Made sense back when there was a ban on making hi-capacity magazines. I have an Armalite AR-10 with a 16" SASS upper. Love it. Absolute tack driver. Using modifed M-14 mags is not the best part about it. The UU kit comes with every part needed to load up the lower. Plus a Larue magazine. Larue's price for a lower with the kit is cheap. It also has awesome resale value. Spring for the UU and the Larue lower. Build a complete gun. The little extra investment will pay dividends later. |

Has anyone received a Larue lower?
I'd like to see what the interface between the two looks like. I think someone posted a picture of an upper a few pages back, and it had a slightly different shape near the extension tube. Im probably going with the 6.5 Grendel for a Christmas present. |

Quick question. Is the barrel drilled on the bottom for the gas block set screws? I opted for the factory assembly on my 6.5 Grendel UU. I was having some minor functioning issues with some loads that should run fine (failure of the bolt to lock back). With careful examination it appears my gas block is slightly misaligned.
I want to straighten it. I've broken 3 T-10 tips so far trying to remove the set screws. Got one out and it appears the barrel is drilled but I can't say for sure. If it's drilled I don't want to waste time trying to get the other screws out, where it is, is where it's gonna stay. |

I didn't order a suppressor. I'm in IL and can't have one. So hopefully it's just extra swag because I don't know what I'm going to do if a suppressor shows up.

I'm sure it doesn't mean much to most, but I love the little things Mark does for his customers. I was taking the butt pad off to store some scope batteries for when I get my lower and this bad ass rifle is done. When I removed the butt pad, low and behold Mark included a RAT Rod kit for us! Never had one, but it really is a nice little touch. LaRue has always been the best when it comes to making sure customers are happy.

Went to Cabelas today and cleaned them out of 6.5G. Now I just need time to go shoot my UU.

Got my upper today. Order 5381xx. To my surprise the upper came completely assembled in a long box and the rest of the parts came ina smaller square box. I guess they just went ahead and torqued the barrel on for me since they were pinning the break on anyway.

Does anyone have one of these uppers on an Arfcom billet lower?
I’m curious to see how it looks on the bolt release side. |
