I live near a state highway that has alot of emergency response traffic and i want to be able to keep
up in case we have another big fire, or even a smaller one close to the house.

i'm between Bastrop & Giddings; what do y'all use? i have an older RS scanner but doesn't do P21, or whatever
the locals are using now.
