Retiring from the military in the next decade. Looking to keep WY a red state.

I've got about a hundred thousand dollars to invest in some property to build on (that's just land money I've set aside). Ideally I'd be in view of the mountains (any wooded mountains - I'm not picky) with enough acreage to shoot on, and with power and water at the property.

I was going to buy 100 acres close to beartooth pass but someone outbid me.

Do you guys know of a good person to talk to? Or a place to start looking?

$100K for 100acres will get you sage with no water and no pwr on the prairie.

I happened to be fairly close to the property and check it out when he was there. Nice place and ready to move into, the only draw back is you can only access it from about mid April till about mid November by vehicle. The rest of the year it's snowmobile or tracked ATV/UTV or snow cat.
