May be a stupid question as these are just a chunk of plastic.  I somehow acquired more than I will ever use.  Is it legal to just sell these on a local site like PAFOA without a 4473?  Thanks

We have a preliminary injunction in place from back in December or January in a case we have before the Commonwealth Court in relation to the AG's opinion.
