On the house hunt and one of my big WANTS (not NEEDS) is an acre or two to shoot a little on. Nothing full blown but sight in guns, 22 plink, etc.

Is there a good site to read up on the rules governing ranges?

I think it is all local.

I hear more weekend shooting here than I did in Iraq.

Only thing is is outside city limits and know where your neighbors are and a good backstop. An acre anit much in the way of guns and bullets flying around!
