I'm still trying to understand the 5 person rule for non-essential businesses. This ass-clown really has no forking clue and is just doing what his bosses tell him to do to screw this state up to be blue and on the dole.

Every retail business has a safe capacity rating by the local fire dept. If Nevers had half a brain, instead of an arbitrary number like "5 people", it'd make more sense to use a percentage of that building's capacity rating. But he's already proven he's an idiot.

What are they going to do - order cops to go into the stores and count people? Comrade Evers couldn't manage a girl scout cookie sale, never mind a State. I wonder who he expects to enforce his brain dead orders?

He expects brain dead local bureaucrats to do his bidding. Which means we end up with incidents like what happened up in calumet county.
