And Senators.  Federal and State.  Don't send just one e-mail, repeat sending as often as you wish.  Numbers count.  You can assemble a file with all the addresses for easy access.  Just look them up once, and drop addresses into the file.

Make CERTAIN to tell them, right up front, if you are one of their Constituents.  Doing so MULTIPLIES your influence.

Same thing for Senate and House Judiciary Committee Members, and both House and Senate Leadership teams.  Same e-mail can be used, just modify slightly for benefit of recipient.  Be advised that sometimes the Antis have tried to switch reviewing Committees to more "favorable" Committees, such as Health-related Committees.  So in that event, we will need to pummel Members of pertinent Committees with E-mails and phone calls.  Watch the progress of the Bills, and pay attention to which Committee they are assigned.  Might differ from RI House and RI Senate.  All part of the "Smith Hill Shuffle".

All relevant Legislator/Leadership addresses available at RI.gov Legislature site.

Be polite and respectful, but be direct.

Sending e-mails, and phone-calling them is the least we can do.

Our opponents have introduced Bills that will make Instant Felons out of many RI firearms owners.  Criminals will not observe any of these proposed laws.  So-called "Assault Weapons" bans have already been done, nationwide, for TEN YEARS to no effect, as reported by USDOJ reports.  Remind your legislator that many of their Constituents are new firearms owners, and number off firearms owners within RI has dramatically increased, recently. Maybe their Constituents won't appreciate being made Instant Felons, come next election.

Be polite, but get to the point. To repeat, when contacting any Legislator, make SURE to mention, up front, if you are one of their Constituents!
More later.
