This is normal. The usual routine is touch and go's all day. I guess if they have been at it for some time, then they land for fuel. Myrtle Beach International has cheap aviation fuel. Omega refulers are a regular there. Also common with the F16s.

FYI. North Myrtle Beach airport will have Ospreys land all the time.
