In case anyone else wants this info:

I've used Kiko Meat - https://www.kikomeatsinc.com/
and regularly use http://www.whitingweber.com/meatspecials.html Whiting typically does all my cattle, pigs and lambs. We raise cattle, so I have 4-5 a year that go to Whitings, plus normally two pigs and two lambs we buy from the 4H auctions. Kiko does my neighbor's buffalo's and pigs. Good luck.
I know several of the meat processors up here in north west Ohio are backed up thru August already due to so many of the major slaughter houses being closed. |

Yeah, its pricier, that being said I think the quality is also better. I also like to try & support the local shops when I can. The wife also likes their chicken/apple brats so she's on board with shopping there. I typically hit up their booth at the Worthington farmers market since I'm utterly underwhelmed by the Delaware farmers market. |

Yeah, It is crazy. I think all of our steers are sold into fall of 2021 as well.
