I believe based on emails from D&L that it MAY take up to 30 days, if the local LEO clears you in 7 days you can pickup in 7 days, if it takes say 17 days up pick up in 17 days, annoying but not impossible unless she tries to make it permanent. This EO has a sunset of April 30? I think.
