Spent ALL DAY filling out an employment application and it's attendant forms, NDA's, code of conduct, permission for background checks, etc.
Considering what a PITA it was for me I can only grimace at what it must be like for a small company with any employee turnover!
Been over fifteen years since I made a serious effort at getting a job, if this is the new level of nanny-state, PC crap, GOV. ORG. mandated bureaucracy it's a wonder anyone is hiring at all!
Also explains why so many just say phucket and stay in the "Underground economy".
