As we know she is running for the senate against Marco.
I am not a big fan of Marco but he is better then her.
If you need a few things to pass along to friends or co-workers, some of this may help.
When she was the Police Chief in Orlando, she left her assigned gun in her assigned vehicle. It was broken into and the gun was stolen. It has never been recovered. So a gun is out on the streets because of her actions.
This is the gun policy listed on her wiki page.

Demings has said that she seeks to keep firearms out of the hands of "people who seek to do harm", saying that the gun control legislation she supports "isn’t about taking guns away from responsible, law-abiding people."[41] She supported the Gun Violence Restraining Order Act of 2017, which would have provided a lawful method of temporarily confiscating firearms from people deemed to be a threat to themselves or others. Of the act, Demings said, "We must do what we can to make sure law enforcement has the tools it needs to more effectively perform the ever more challenging job of keeping us a safe nation. The Gun Violence Restraining Order Act is a major step to doing just that."[42] After the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in 2018, Demings opposed arming teachers, calling the idea "ridiculous"[43] and saying it would "only shift the responsibility from lawmakers to others. It shifts the pain, the hurt, and the guilt to school staff who will find themselves outskilled and outgunned in active shooter situations."[42]
Demings has an "F" rating from the National Rifle Association (NRA).[44] She has accused the NRA of "hijacking" conversations after mass shootings in the United States to make them about the Second Amendment.[45]
Her husband was the Sheriff in Orange County the night of The Pluse shootings.
