I thought there was a thread about this but can't find it.

There's some program where the city of Tulsa(?) or some other org up there is paying people $10K to move there for a year. Is this meant to bump up the democrat votes in time for 2020 or something?

They're paying people to move to Tulsa as remote workers.  I don't think it's specifically to import socialists.

I read it too when it came out.  It's just an incentive program to lure in qualified people for specific jobs that are hard to fill from the local pool.  I suspect that a lot of big cities that are surrounded by more rural than tech do the same thing.

not quite at all.
Tulsa is getting tons of California values imported. 5 new people in our neighborhood sport Cali tags.
the Kaiser Foundation is paying people from liberal cities to move to Tulsa in a long range goal to change the political climate.
