No idea. Hope they can; Ryan and Jenny are good people. A few of us were discussing this a while back- there's a thread about it a bit further down in KS Hometown.

I got my first one a couple of weeks ago. I checked on the status and was told it had been approved. At about the 10 day mark I checked w/ them on Facebook and got an appointment w/ them to pick it up. The transfer happened at Wichita Gun Club and as I suspected I think there's probably a small delay when the mail is forwarded via USPS from their original location. It had the forward sticker on the envelope.
