Does anybody know what is being built at the old T/C site in Rochester? I know Sig is still expanding, but I'm not sure where to. It would be neat to see the property producing arms again.

I heard a car dealership, but im not 100% on that. I think that lot is a superfund site or something. The dunkin across the street has ground ventilation for what ever reason and I was always wondering about it. Maybe someone else knows more.

I know this post is a little dated, but it is a car dealership. Not sure what brand. They've already got the foundation poured and the exterior walls up and it clearly an auto dealer.
