I had to drive up from Denver last night but they had a tornado go through the metro area. That was fun. I'll take the rain tho.

We had rain, large hail, and the tornado. Tornado missed our house, took out a buulding, damaged another, and picked up and threw a jeep at neighbors.

A friend posted there had been rain in Rock Springs for 55 consecutive days. Couldn't believe how green everything was driving up there a few weeks ago.

I've been here a month and it has not rained four of those days. I missed thunderstorms on the prairie and I'm getting it back in spades.
I'm not complaining, though I might need to revamp my nylon gear: Multicam Tropic currently works the best in the grass.

I just got back from a weekend in Leadville. I needed a break from the humidity.

I just rattlecan'd my M1A. A LOT more green in the pattern this year than I put on last summer's AR.
I love the weather this year. I wake up regularly to high 40s temps. 48 this morning.

Thanks for reminding me: I need to add some green to my M1A.

As much of a pain it has been, I'm very thankful for the extra moisture this year.

It's 3 July. Everything is green with no danger of fire from fireworks. Rained again yesterday. Madness I tell you.

Currently taking a load of fuel to a rig north of Hillsdale. It's been a swamp every time I've been there before. Fingers crossed its dry this time.....

Had a lot of rain and some hail is se Wyoming on Saturday.
Drove through Lusk yesterday. Looks like it got real sporty there. Lots of hail stacked deep ( like snow drifts) and trees tore up. Lots of debris on the streets and highway.
