SPF!!

I have a 12 gauge Remington 870 HD that I want to trade for a 20 gauge Remington Wingmaster or 1100.

I have a like new 870 Express Home Defense 12ga. It has a 18.5" barrel, cylinder bore. It was bought new this year. It started life as a 4+1 Home Defense 870. I've since then converted it to a copy of the Police model. What that means is I dremeled the dimple's off so I could add a magazine extension. It turned out really nice. I also have a MAX 100 +3 magazine extension. For those of you that don't know about it, google max 100 magazine extension. He custom makes them to be flush with the end of the 18.5" barrel. That makes this gun a 7+1 in the chamber. That's 1 more than the Remington factory version. I did have the detent put in the barrel lug so you can use the old style cap if you want to switch back. I also bought the old style spring retainer, but not the cap. I added the heavy Police spring's and solid steel extractor that come in the Police model. You will get the original's too. I have the original box, and everything that came with the gun new.

Condition. The worst place on the gun is where I had a senior moment and used channel lock's on the mag cap. It's a little chewed up. But you won't be using that with an extension anyway. And I slipped and put a scratch on the barrel lug on the left side. You can see this in the pic's. This gun has exactly 100 round's fired through it. So any wear on it is 100 round's worth. I have not shot it yet with the MAX 100 extension, or the new spring's. All though I didn't have any issue's after a good cleaning, after reading all the horror stories about stuck shell's, just for peice of mind I went ahead and sent the gun into the Remington to have the chamber polished. I also had them do the barrel/mag cap detent.

I also have a CDM Gear MT clamp that mounts to the mag tube to mount a flashlight and sling swivel. This is just half a clamp, and you should still get a barrel/mag clamp. I'll even throw in a Ultrafire flashlight. I think it's over 200 lumen's. It has a .8-4.2 volt drop in, so you must use a 18650 recharable battery (not included) or something that has no more than 4.2 volt's,,,unless of course you change the drop in. If not, you will blow the drop in.

I will trade this for a old 20 gauge 870 Wingmaster or 1100. If it's a Wingmaster, I want something built on a heavy frame with a "X" for the last digit in the serial number. No junk please. The only reason I'm getting rid of this is because I've had 3 failed shoulder surgeries, and the 12ga is killing me. I need something with less recoil. If you want more pic's, or have any question's, just ask. I could do a face to face in Illinois. I'm just across the river from St. Louis, MO. Near the Arch.

I've got 100 rounds of .300 SAVAGE if anyone can use them.
They are from an estate clearance and I don't know their history; use for the components or use as is at own risk.
The guy had no reloading equipment, so I'm fairly certain these are factory loads.

I need someone who knows what they're doing (not me) to put together an old Remington Model 11 (Auto 5) that has been in the family for a very long time. It was partially disassembled at some point, I have a bag of small parts that was hanging from the trigger guard. I'm not sure if everything is there.

Off the top off my head, some things I have to barter with : M2 ball, M2 AP, USGI 45 acp ammo 1943 Remington manf. (corrosive), USGI M16 20 round mags, UMC .223, AR carry handle, and preferably, cash money$$$$$$.

ETA I am located in the western burbs of Chicago.

I have tool and die making skills to trade (ie. need something but nobody makes it? Tired of your Chinese made crap breaking down / falling apart?). In addition I have a portable Hobart mig welder (need power at site) if anybody has any welding jobs that need done. If I do not have proper rig for your job - I'll say so up front and with luck I'll know somebody who can help. Basically, if I cannot do the job correctly I will not say I can do it. No stringing along.....

Currently I'm fabricating Gerry can carriers for my Jeep (BOV), but can (and have) make about anything - sling mounts, bumpers, nerf bars, steps, hi-lift mounts, trailers, log splitters, BBQ's, etc. Really, I just need specs and time to do the work. Larger projects may require stock - good relationship with local supplier, 'usually' can snag a good price. No on-site powder-coating - finish may be discussed.
Trades I'd like back:

Shop Supplies - Stock / Tools (would really like more Kant Twists) / Shop Consumables

Guns, Guns and Guns

Ammo - 9mm or 5.56

Gold or Silver

Other - always willing to talk / negotiate

lets see if I can get this back on track....

I need a piece of silver solder to repair a craftsman battery charger/jump starter, this is not one of those jumpstart packs it is a good roll around charger, one of the resistors came off the heatsink(that is stainless) so only silver solder would work. My Father inlaw checked on some locally and it's 40 bucks for a small stick so I'm willing to trade @40+ or- in tools..

or if you have a junk Craftsman battery charger with a good heatsink (it's the metal plate I'm guessing @8in x8in  with 8  resistors on it) maby we can compare part/model numbers.

what I have to trade is: new hand tools, like channel lock pliers all sizes, chapman tool set, sockets allen wrench sets.etc..I have quite a selection of stuff
if you have a piece@4 inches I'm guessing would be enough, more would be better so I have some extra on hand JIK IM me..

you pay shipping to me and I'll pay to you

thanks
andyj
