I laugh every time i see that disaster-

There is currently construction going on in the north end of Cheshire next to 691. For years there was talk of a Mall and Housing going into the "Interchange Zone". This is right at the intersection of Rt. 10 & 691. With the continued slow death of brick and mortar shopping and the vacancies east in the Meriden Mall and west in the Waterbury Brass Mill Mall WTF is going on???

At the moment it appears there is only access into the land and land clearing going on. This was undeveloped property.

One or several CT Politician relative or friend that has a development or construction business will get the inside track on this prime real estate for future development and profit.
