That mother is already suffering worse than anything to court can do to her. Any further punishment is just cruel and unusual at this point.

Jesus Christ, haven't they suffered enough already?
I can't wait for the day that Washington's bullshit gun laws get overturned in court. Seeing Bob Ferguson's reaction will be satisfying; seeing all of his work undone. The supreme court win has started this process, but its anyone's guess how long it will take. California keeps passing gun control laws and they don't give a damn what the supreme court says. |

Well that is interesting. The worker should fight it all the way, so the law gets shit canned since it is excessively intrusive and unconstitutional. Bet they offer a sweet plea bargain to stay out of appeals court though...
