I'm going to the guns show at Houghton Lake on April 1st and have 3 handguns I want to sell off.

Not having bought a handgun in many years, I'm not sure what the rules are.

A CPL has to fill out a handgun permit correct?

Non-CPL has too, so do I provided the handgun permit or the buyer?
