Democrats in most of Okla are completely different from the rest of the country. Norman is pretty well left wing, Tulsa not quite so bad, but the rest of the state most of the Dems are closer to Republicans. If you look at voter registration the Dem party is steadily losing members in Okla while Repubs and Independents are increasing in numbers.
