Question about GA auto dealers…

I’m a SC resident looking at paying cash for a used car (GA title) from a GA dealer. This vehicle would be titled and registered in SC.

I know what my obligations are to SC… my question is do GA dealers have to collect any GA related taxes/fees for a vehicle leaving the state to a non resident?

I’ve done cash and carry on vehicles from other states, but not GA. Pricing on this deal is particularly sensitive, so not willing to play dealership games. Just trying to understand the facts.
