So unless something bizarre happens, 7-4-24 LA will have constitutional carry.   Amendments to do stupid crap like make carry illegal within 50 feet of a bar's front door, or within 1000 feet of a parade route or school bus, were shot down, though expect those restrictions to be introduced in bills in the regular session, so keep your eyes peeled.
