I have been thinking about maybe finding a gun show and getting a table, depending on cost and mask policy (I don't own one but lets leave that for another thread please).  I am thinking I might need to travel to WI for this?  Any suggestions?  Are LGS taking consignment for such items?

Are you looking to sell because you're getting out of reloading/downsizing (as in a one time thing) or because you regularly sell/deal in reloading supplies?

EE is good. Illinois Carry also has a for-sale forum and quite a few Chicago and Chicago suburbs folks. Otherwise a table at a gun show (Kane County has a good one, though they are pretty stringent on the masks) would work. Heck, if you had any sort of primers to sell, you'll get cleaned out at the gunshow when doors open.

Looks like some gun shows are still scheduled:

If you do it, and don't mind posting a report, please post up.  I've been considering offloading some surplus ammo at a gun show.

I never got into reloading; I just bought components.  So the dilemma is do I spend a bunch of money and learn a completely new skill with time that I do not have just so I will have another 10k rds ammo?  Or do I just ditch the components?  And so I am exploring what options I have to unload components in my new AO.

For those who have reached out, I will get a list together but off the top of my head:  I am not going to piecemeal it out unless sitting at a gun show where I expect to get rid of all of it.

5k wolf spp primers
5k 9mm bullets (4k 124gr and 1k 147gr)
4 lb Bullseye
4k-5k brass

5k wolf lpp primers
500 .45ACP bullets (230 gr)
4 lb Bullseye
2k+ brass

5k wolf srp primers
2500 .223 bullets (500 69gr SMK and 2k 62gr ss109)
8 lb Varget
2k+ brass

Thanks for that link.  Any idea if I would be able to hang out in the parking lot and discretely sell my stuff or will I get run off?

It's been my experience that gun show promoters take a real dim view of "parking lot sales". Why not just see if you can share a table with another vendor.

This is an example of what I have.  I guess I will post it on EE later.

You should not have any problem selling reloading components, especially given the current political climate.

If you're willing to expend a little effort, you could likely sell it to multiple arf-ers and meet all at one time to exchange.

For example, I know nothing about your components but want to learn to reload. I'll take the 9mm. You set the terms (money in advance or whatever) and give me future date & time to meet. You find a guy who wants the .45 and another who wants the .223 then tell us all to meet you at the same date/time.

It's a seller's market so the above should be easy. And 4 dudes make new friends who might be important allies in a future socialist society.

If you want top dollar you will have to list on gunbroker.  Selling at the show or on EE will be about the same.  There is a lot of demand but not at gunbroker or ammoseek prices.
