I’m looking for my in-laws who have finally decided to pull the plug (hopefully). They have a 7,000 square foot lot with a 3bd/1bath shack. For some reason they put a solar panel roof on it. It’s on west side of FW about 15 minutes from the Stockyards

Just need to find someone who will help them sell it for what they can realistically get.

Y’all they went with someone we’d didn’t recommend and so I’m frustrated they get taken to the house in this… or get their hopes up and smashed when the money doesn’t come in

I’ve got the recommendations y’all gave in a note for them should things change
