Neighbor is getting gutters installed next week and getting the same color and style gutters as what I currently have.
I have a 100 foot section that I would like to have gutters added to.

When the Gutter person arrives to install neighbors gutters can I offer some $$$ to install my gutters?
If so, what is the going rate for a cash offer per foot?

It has been a while but normally they run about $5 per foot installed. Is that about right?
If so, would offering $2 or $2.50 cash work?
What is the going rate for a cash offer to get the work done on the side? I mean the person is already here installing gutters.
