Yep that's who I'm talking to now, however it looks like he doesn't really deal with DD/SBS.

Johnson Firearms in Miami, they deal in that with a lot of wealthy individuals in the area. Worth conctacting and talking to Dave, best to send an email as he will get it. They are licenced .
