The WVCDL is working hard to pass their West Virginia HB2694 “Create the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act”. The bill has moved through committee and it needs some support to pass the house. (And, hopefully the senate afterwards.)

Will contact reps to support this,but it is a weak act. Under §61-7B-3. Prohibitions, it can be instantly nullified by a simple court order, and it is not specified that it is a local,state or federal court.It would seem to me that the phrase "Other than compliance with an order of the court" would need to be removed to give it any teeth at all.
